Terms of Service

01 1. Acceptance & Platform Status

By registering an account or using interactive features on GeekLand (web and Discord / Telegram bots) you accept these Terms. GeekLand is provided "as is" and "as available".

02 2. Accounts, Age & System Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to make purchases.
• You can sign in through Discord, Google OAuth, Telegram or email and password. Keep your credentials safe; actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
• One person — one account. Creating extra or automated accounts to farm rewards, promo codes or votes is not allowed.
• GeekLand runs a small number of system seed accounts labelled "GeekLand Crew". They publish starter discussions, are marked with a Crew badge, cannot be used to sign in and are not real users.

03 3. Lore Gate & Anti-Spam Limits

New accounts start at Lore Level 1 and can browse Info, Main Hub, the Multiverse Wiki and Character Voting. Lore Level 2 (3 Sector Battle wins) is required to post, comment, like, vote, submit proposals, open your own Profile and Customization, and redeem promo codes. Admins and moderators are exempt.

All accounts are subject to anti-spam limits enforced on the server: cooldowns between posts, comments and proposals and a limit on likes per minute.

04 4. Content Rules, Creator Workshop & Moderation

• Argue, do not insult. Harassment, hate speech and low-effort spam are not allowed.
• Lore and power-scaling debates follow the four analysis axioms of the Lore Codex (AX1–AX4, Feats > Statements).
• Material from new releases and leaks goes under spoiler formatting.
• Do not tamper with the client, try to bypass database access rules or impersonate other users.

Original Creator Content & Commercial Rights: Creators retain full ownership of their original lore, artwork, and narrative worlds published on GeekLand. By submitting original content to the Creator Workshop, the creator grants GeekLand an exclusive First Look and Right of First Offer for a period of 60 days regarding any external adaptation, publishing, or media production rights, as well as the right of first representation through GeekLand Studios. Formal co-production frameworks (including revenue sharing and co-management) are established via dedicated individual agreements prior to any commercial licensing.

05 5. GeekCoins (GC) — Digital Goods & Refund Policy

• Delivery of Digital Goods: GeekCoins are delivered immediately to your account wallet upon payment confirmation.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to immediate delivery of digital goods, GeekCoins are non-refundable once delivered, and purchasers explicitly waive their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (under EU/UK consumer protection laws) upon immediate delivery and performance.
• Exceptions: A refund is strictly permissible only if a verified technical failure occurred (e.g. non-delivery or duplicate billing), AND NONE of the purchased coins have been spent, circulated, or wagered on any platform activity. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to geeklandworld.official@gmail.com or via paddle.net.
• Prices are displayed in USD and automatically converted by Paddle at checkout according to local currency and taxes.

06 6. LoreCoins (LC) & Promo Codes

LoreCoins are earned through activity (daily check-in, Sector Battles, comments, votes) and are spent on in-platform features. LC cannot be bought, transferred, or exchanged for money or GC.

07 7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of Ukraine, GeekLand is not liable for losses caused by outages of third-party services (payment provider, hosting, storage), compromised credentials, or temporary unavailability of Beta features.

08 8. Changes, Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation — contact us via in-app Support or official Telegram bot — and otherwise by the competent courts of Ukraine.
